These Terms govern your use of Refrain Sheet's introduction page (refrain-sheet.com) and hosted app (app.refrain-sheet.com, together "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
License
Refrain Sheet's source code is published under the MIT License. That license governs the source code, including the downloadable build.
Provided "as is"
The Service is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Always back up important data, such as CSV files, before editing.
Prohibited use
Do not use the Service to violate any law, to place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure, to exploit a vulnerability, or to otherwise interfere with the Service's normal operation.
Third-party services
The Service may use third-party services, such as Google Analytics on the introduction page (only with consent) and the Google Drive integration in the hosted app. Use of those services is separately governed by each provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may change without notice as features change or as required by law. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
